Experience
Following a degree in Microbial and Cellular Biology, I developed a strong interest in finance, investment and property, which led me to build a broad, hands-on experience across these areas. I have been involved in property development, foreign exchange trading and lettings management, gaining a practical understanding of markets, risk and long-term investment strategies.
From 2016 to 2026, I worked with Abacus Assurance, where I progressed into a financial adviser role. This period allowed me to bring together my earlier experience and apply it directly to helping clients make informed financial decisions.
I began my advisory career specialising in mortgages and have since developed into a well-rounded financial adviser, with experience across mortgages, equity release, protection and investments. My varied background enables me to understand clients’ needs from multiple perspectives and provide tailored, practical advice.
The financial landscape is constantly evolving, and I am committed to continually developing my knowledge to ensure I deliver the highest standard of guidance. Supporting clients in working towards and achieving their financial goals is the most rewarding part of what I do.

I’m a husband and father to three “little monsters” - although they’re not so little anymore. I grew up in Porthcawl and now live just a stone’s throw away in the village of Maudlam. Much of my childhood was spent at Royal Porthcawl Golf Club, where I spent countless hours on the practice ground dreaming of being the next Seve Ballesteros. Golf taught me some valuable lessons that I still use in my work today: patience, putting in the hard work, and the importance of having a plan.
Launching and developing Networth Finance is the next exciting step in my career as a financial adviser, and I’m looking forward to helping clients grow and protect their net worth for the future.
